Vinicius Sousa is a Managing Director at Just Climate. His efforts are focused on contributing to the firm’s investment activities, including sourcing and evaluating opportunities as part of the Investment Team. Vinicius joined Just Climate in 2025.
Before joining Just Climate, Vinicius was an investment principal at Good Karma Partners, a growth-stage investment business focused on the education, healthcare, and climate action sectors in Brazil. Prior to that role, he was an investment director at CVC Capital Partners.
He began his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley.
Vinicius received a B.Sc. in Mechatronic Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.
